Returns and Refunds:

  1. Nature Farm Supermarket Online Shop - Mail to Home Orders

Return and refund initiation and cancellation timing:

  • You may cancel the order in “My Order” within 15 minutes after order is placed. All the refund will be returned to your original payment source.
  • Or you may apply for a refund in “My Orders” within 14 business days after you received the goods. Normally we need 1-3 business days to process your application. We will send you a confirmation email after your request has been confirmed, then you can proceed to return the goods to store in person or by mail.
  • The refund application will be automatically canceled by the system, if we do not receive the returned item within 10 working days upon product received and refund request has been approved.

Refunds:

  • If an order is canceled before shipped out, we will issue a full refund of the entire order. The refund will be returned to your original payment method within 7 working days.
  • If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait till you have received your order. We will refund as soon as the goods returned with intact or unused condition.
  • For entire order refund, the shipping stamp will be refunded to your Nature Farm Supermarket account as shipping stamp.
  • Discounts and/or coupons will not be refunded. The final refund will not exceed the original amount paid.

Ways to return products:

  • After return request is approved, you may return the goods to the Nature Farm Supermarket store in person.
  • You may also return the goods to Nature Farm Supermarket by courier, the return address will be provided by the online customer service. Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for shipping costs. Please see return shipping cost and Definition of return reasons below.
  • For any returns, you will need to include its accessories, manuals and original packaging. If a gift was given with the returned item, you will need to return it as well. A full refund may not be proceeded if any accessories is missing.

Return shipping cost:

  • Nature Farm Supermarket will be responsible for the courier fee if the refund due to quality problem.
  • You will be responsible for shipping costs for a goods return under personal reasons.

Definition of return reasons:

  • Goods return due to quality problem, means that the goods you received has expired, moldy, damaged, deformed, mis-handle and recalled etc., resulting in failure to use or eat.
  • Goods return due to personal reasons refers to the goods delivery or pick up failed by customer, personal preference or individual physical reasons.

Below are out of goods return scope:

  • Non-original packaging.
  • Clearance of special products that have been clearly indicated as being near the expiration date, or defective products.
  • Products which have malfunctions, problems or other issues caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, misuse, storage and installation.
  • Products that have Change altered or tear torn labels, serial numbers, security marks or other similar characteristics.

Refunds

We value the quality of our products. We accept refunds due to quality issues.

After your refund request is approved, we will send you an email notification. Meanwhile, the refund will be returned to your payment account within 7 business days. You can contact our online customer service if you have any questions.

No show for Order Pick Up

In order to ensure the food safety, all same day no show orders pick up will be discarded after 5:00pm. In this case, you would not be able to request a refund.

Cancel Order

If an order is canceled on the day of pickup, restocking fee (20% of the total order amount) will apply.

Refunds

For health and safety reasons, all perishable (produce, meat and seafood), kitchen, bakery and dairy and frozen products are final sales and no exchange.

Except if your order

  • Is missing items that were charged for on the final receipt
  • Contains damaged, spoiled, or unusable items

If one of the above occurs to you, please visit the customer service counter in our store for a refund or an exchange. Please note we do not offer any return pickup service.
